QA/QC Introduction

The manager of our Quality Control Dept. reports directly to the President. There are five employees engaged in implementing quality control system. There is also a 6-member QC team being responsible for ensuring that all products and manufacturing processes are of the highest standards, and meet our clients' expectations.

The following are procedures that QC is responsible for:
1) Marketing research
2) Design and function development
3) Mold design
4) Sample confirmation
5) Selection of raw materials from suppliers
6) Material testing
7) New product testing and control
8) Production control procedures
9) Inspection
10) Shipment loading and checking
11) After sales service
