Detailed Product Description
ASTM A269 standard covers grades of nominal-wallthickness, stainless steel pipes/tubes for general corrosion-resisting and low- or high-temperature service.
Although the ASTM A269 standard indicates that the stainless steel pipes/tubes shall be pickled free of scale, when bright annealing is used, pickling is not necessary, we have all stainless steel pipes/tubes pickled for high-quality and high corrosion resistance.
1) Material of stainless steel:
201(approx 0.8-1.1% Nickel, 14.5-16% Chromium)
202(approx 3.5-5.5% Nickel, 15--16% Chromium)
304(approx 7.8-9% Nickel, 17-19% Chromium)
316L(approx 10-12% Nickel, 15-17% Chromium,
1-2.5% molybdenum and ≤0.03% Carbon)
And so on. The original materials import form India, Korea and Taiwan, Such as YUSCO, BNG, POSCO and JINDAL.
2) Process method: Cold drawn, Annealing, Pickling, Inner Bead Removed, Inner Polishing, Polishing.
3) Standards: ASTM A249, A269, A270, A312, A554, DIN 11850
4) Mark: Steel Seal and Label
5) Applied field: Petroleum transmission, mechanism, heat exchange, liquid delivery and chemical industry
6) Tolerance: Outer Diameter: +/-0.2mm, thickness: +/-0.03mm and length: +/-5mm
7) Packaging:
